Cashing in on the Passport Calamity
I got burned by my passport renewal. I applied for my renewal back in March for a trip I was taking last week to Providenciales. Long story short, that “6-8 weeks” processing time meant I didn’t have my passport 13 weeks later.
Yes, I was able to go but it was a hassle to secure my birth certificate. Stand in the long line for non-passport departures out of MIA. With 3 million passport applicants in limbo, I take a look at 7 stocks that may thrive as folks think twice before leaving the country this summer.

The “Keyes” to Saving Blockbuster
How do you breathe new life into a fading retail dynasty? That’s the big question at Blockbuster these days. The company made a brilliant move this week — brining in former 7-Eleven guru Jim Keyes.
